This app has three modes to compress videos:

Excellent & ezy2use app! Just installed then converted a 99mb mp4 file,-down to 29mb!! No *noticeable* quality loss. As mentioned, after only one conversion, it's hardly definitive proof of much, but, having said that, it's currently 100% successful 4 me! I am hoping this continues,but meanwhile.. No problems at all, very easy to use once I'd done a couple. **added 3/5/24 I want to add it's made a huge difference in passing on social media videos as my daughter can't open them normally. I just screen record compress then send by email. Brilliant piece of kit! When are they going to add a 6th star? *Update 23.7.25* integrates automatically when choosing "more" on Google Photos editor and compression even faster. 7 Stars.

Another great app! Ads aren't that annoying. I don't even know what annoying means when I'm using this app. Simple & fast. but, I'd really like a "manual" mode like the other app, where I can pixelate the video HARD. it would be funny. I mean, not like I can't do it, is just that it would be easier.

Best video compressor I've tried (quite a few) DoubleApe is magic. Quality retention while still attaining very good file size reduction. I tried and compared others. Evn on large TV and projectors, cmprssd video looks very similar to original, at half the file size. ADs are reasonable(again Try others and see), and speed is also top notch. my friend recmmd a diff one, it's at an hour, and 23%, I'm not optistic. but when I show my.friend the time and side by side...
