This app has three modes to compress videos:

3. Compress to a specific resolution: Select a resolution from 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p, the video will be resized to match your selection. This feature is optimal when you need to resize to a specific resolution.

Just downloaded the app...but, so far, it's incredibly easy to use with a beautiful user interface. I normally just download a compressor app and then immediately delete it after one use. However, I think I shall keep this one. Don't want to risk losing it! (PS- There are ads but they are incredibly unobtrusive.)

Yea, works as said, 48 mb video down to 4. I usually just post memes and stuff and having smaller file sizes is great to be able to post within file size limitations. On top of just saving phone space. Good app.

Works well! Droid screen capture created 800+ mb file for 7 minute video (screen at FHD+ resolution). Was able to compress to 33mb in about 5 minutes with no significant loss of resolution. Impressive, and that's with the free version - have to put up with ads, as expected, but looks well worth upgrading to pro to clear that up. Give this one a try!

This is a brilliant app. I use it often to compress videos down to tiny sizes for posting online and it does it with minimal quality loss as they say in the description. I'm only using a Ulefone Armor phone so nothing high end, and I can't say that the conversion times are anything to worry about. I think it's very fast compared to using something like Handbrake on a normal pc. All in all highly recommended and definitely worth it's 5 stars
