Works better than Photo Compressor, because it just brings up the system's filing software when selecting photos instead of trying to show the file system within the app. This way is much quicker and easier to use. Can compress large batches of photos (I did 500) very quickly for their size. Much better to have an app than online as well as you can bypass having to upload the images to a website then download them again. Option to replace all files with compressed version is a great feature too.
Love the app but if I can have an option to batch compress all images without a change in resolution it would be amazing. I would instantly buy the lifetime subscription. currently if I select 2 images in potrait and landscape orientation the resolution in the custom mode resets to a fixed number. Please dev Overlords, make it happen. Edit - 31/01/26 Thanks guys. The resze image toggle in the custom settings is much welcomed and a breeze to batch compress. I have purchased the lifetime sub
Absolutely the best app ever for image compression. The compression levels achieved almost instantaneously are unbelievable. the quality itself, even if you select the biggest file size, is still within KB. therefore, I would recommend this without a doubt. it beats the pants off any online tool that I have used, and I have used almost all of them. this one is my go-to tool of choice. Get it, you won't regret it. Plus they are a small team, and deserve it. Well done guys, from 🇧🇩
It's a great app. There's one unclear design element IMO: after a batch compression, one might expect "delete" to delete the originals, rather than the brand new files. Having a "delete originals" option would be nice (different from Replace, allowing an inbox > outbox workflow.)
