This app has three modes to compress images:
1. Quick Compress: The easiest way to compress photos. Simply select the amount of compression and click “compress”, the app will optimize the image to save space while looking as good as the original.
2. Compress to a specific file size: You specify the size of the photo in KB (kilobytes), press "compress" and let the app to the optimizations. This feature is recommended when you need to compress photos to an exact file size.
3. Manual: here you can manually select the desired width and height of the image, as well as the compression amount. This mode gives you full control on the compression and resizing process.
Each mode supports batch compression and batch resizing.

Love the app but if I can have an option to batch compress all images without a change in resolution it would be amazing. I would instantly buy the lifetime subscription. currently if I select 2 images in potrait and landscape orientation the resolution in the custom mode resets to a fixed number. I really like the app. However, we often lose metadata, especially the date and time. As a result, images appear randomly in the gallery rather than in chronological order. Please implement a fix to preserve metadata, similar to the feature already implemented in Remini based on user requests.

I've evaluated most of the image compression apps listed and by far the best to me was Compress Image. Ease of use is fantastic, and I especially like being able to see a live preview as I adjust for file size. Great app. Reached out to developer re an aspect of the app and got a quick helpful response - another plus

I particularly like the manual compression to 50kb as it is not a noticeable loss of detail on my tablet, yet it removes a great deal of unnecessary space bytes. I think it also gets rid of the meta data be default and who knows what be lurking in there.
