This app has three modes to compress images:

WISDOM
Have been using this App on a Pixel 8a for about six months. The 8a does not offer the option to change the resolution. I like the large files the 8a captures including RAW mode but, I need the option to send smaller files via text to clients and this app has been a life saver. It is worth the one time purchase price. A+++

Excellent app. Not so many ads. Does a good job. Other apps are practically useless due to overwhelming ads or stupidly priced weekly/monthly/yearly subscription fees. Aps in general on Play Store are getting more ridiculous to try and use because of this, so it's good to find a decent app to use.

I've evaluated most of the image compression apps listed and by far the best to me was Compress Image. Ease of use is fantastic, and I especially like being able to see a live preview as I adjust for file size. Great app. Reached out to developer re an aspect of the app and got a quick helpful response - another plus
