This app has three modes to compress images:

Amazing. As a youtuber I always find the max file size being 2mb for a thumbnail whilst mine are usually 3-4 mb. This app is a LIFESAVER. Quick and simple and boom the thumbnails look virtually the same but I can actually upload them. Thank you!

I've evaluated most of the image compression apps listed and by far the best to me was Compress Image. Ease of use is fantastic, and I especially like being able to see a live preview as I adjust for file size.
