This app has three modes to compress images:

3. Manual: here you can manually select the desired width and height of the image, as well as the compression amount. This mode gives you full control on the compression and resizing process.

EDIT UPDATE: So I've used the photo compression app now as well, and its just as good as the video compression app. Would highly reccommend both of them!! -- Great app snd super simple to use! You can exit out of ads almost instantly.. Definitely one of the best compression apps I've used..

Probably the best compressing tool around. I managed to compress 5100 images to 150kb and theyre still in amazing quality and shrunk my image cache from 15 gigs to 2.4, amazing app for any image hoarder

Absolutely the best app ever for image compression. The compression levels achieved almost instantaneously are unbelievable. the quality itself, even if you select the biggest file size, is still within KB. therefore, I would recommend this without a doubt. it beats the pants off any online tool that I have used, and I have used almost all of them. this one is my go-to tool of choice.
